2021-2022
Freight Frenzy Challenge
The Frieght Frenzy Objective was simple. Robots must traverse over barriers to access Freight (points) in the Warehouse. Two Alliance Shipping Hubs are located toward the center of the field, and one Shared Shipping Hub toward the back of the field. There are 4 barcodes, 2 for the red alliance and 2 for the blue alliance. The Carousels are located in the corners of the field towards the audience, and in front of the alliance stations. The Carousels are used to introduce Ducks (points) onto the field and into play. Our robot faced some setbacks but by the end of the match, we were firing on all cylinders
2020-2021
Ultimate Goal
ULTIMATE GOALSM presented by Qualcomm® is played on a 12 ft. x 12 ft. (3.7m x 3.7m) square field with approximately 1ft. (0.3 m) high walls and a soft foam mat floor. There are two Alliances of two Robots each – “red” and “blue”. The field is separated by the Launch Line. The Launch Zone is located toward the audience. Within the Launch Zone are two red and two blue start lines where robots start the match with an Alliance-specific Wobble Goal. Also, within the Launch Zone is the Starter Stack Area. There are six Target Zone Goals, three red and three blue. At one end of the field are two Tower Goals each containing three Alliance-specific Goals. Between the Tower Goals are the Power Shots, with three Power Shot Targets for the red alliance, and three for the blue alliance. The Drop Zone is located outside of the field toward the audience. Scoring elements are twenty Alliance-neutral Rings.
2018-2019
Rover Ruckus
The object of the game is to attain a higher score than the opposing alliance by descending from the Lander, collecting Minerals from the Crater, sorting and scoring Minerals into the Cargo Hold of the Lander, performing Autonomous tasks, and navigating to specific parts of the Playing Field. The Scoring Elements for the game are 60 Silver Minerals and 90 Gold Minerals, and a Team supplied Team Marker.
